Phone numbers
Search, provision, and assign phone numbers for your agents.
Nuteq provides local numbers in supported regions. Each number is scoped to an organization and can be assigned to one agent at a time.
Provision a new number
From the dashboard, open Settings → Phone Numbers, search by region, and pick a number. The number is provisioned through the configured telephony provider and bound to the selected agent automatically.
Forwarding and routing
Each number keeps a forwarding destination for live transfers. The destination is owned by the same organization; we do not allow routing calls to numbers you do not own.
Porting
Existing numbers can be ported in through a one-time request. The porting process preserves the number, caller history, and any scheduled messages.
