If something does not work, start here:
- Check the Conversations record for the affected call or message. The transcript and outcome answer most questions. Example: did a caller hear your agent's reply?
- Search these docs for the feature that you use. Or read Common problems for a symptom that matches what you see.
- If you are still stuck, email support@nuteqai.com from the address tied to your account. Include the conversation link.
Billing questions
If your question is about a plan, invoice, or extra charge, and not about how a feature works, read Account and billing help first. It covers the questions that come up most often. You then do not need to email support.
Check that your agent works
Nuteq AI has no public status page today. Read Status to check from your own dashboard that your agent works.
For security matters, use the disclosure channel on the Security page. Do not use regular support.
