Upload documents, FAQs, and web pages the agent can quote from.
The knowledge base is the set of documents the agent can reference when answering questions. Adding good content is the single biggest lever for call quality.
Uploading documents
Direct file upload (PDF, Word, plain text, Markdown) is on the roadmap. For now, the recommended path is the website import below — paste a URL and Nuteq pulls the page content into the same indexing pipeline.
FAQs
For short, deterministic answers, add a FAQ. FAQs are returned verbatim when matched and bypass the retrieval scoring.
Web pages
Paste a public URL and Nuteq crawls the page on a schedule. The crawled content is indexed with the same retrieval pipeline that uploaded documents will use.
