Edit your agent prompt, voice, language, tools, and integrations.
An agent is a configurable persona that answers calls and messages for your business. The agent editor exposes the prompt, voice, language, tools, and integrations that define how the agent behaves.
Editing the agent
Open an agent from the dashboard sidebar. Each tab edits a different concern: Essentials for the greeting, voice, and language; Knowledge for the documents the agent can quote; Tools for transfers, lead capture, and custom actions; Webhooks for downstream systems.
Testing
The editor’s Test call button opens a real WebRTC call against the agent’s current configuration. Test calls are not metered.
Publishing
Publishing activates the agent for the bound phone number. Unpublished changes are kept as drafts so you can iterate without affecting live traffic.
