These terms govern your use of the Nuteq product ("Nuteq", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

Nuteq provides an AI receptionist that answers calls, sends messages, books appointments, and captures leads. The product is provided on a subscription basis; usage beyond your plan is billed at the overage rates shown in the dashboard.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the configuration of your agent. You must not use Nuteq to send unlawful communications or to record people without the consent required by local law.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your credentials.

WorkOS AuthKit owns authentication. Multi-factor authentication, SSO, and password resets are managed there.

Payment and cancellation

Self-serve plans are billed through Stripe. Cards, invoices, and billing details are managed in the Stripe Customer Portal.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Manual / enterprise contracts are governed by the order form signed by your organization.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. No attempts to disrupt the service or other customers. No scraping or unauthorized resale of the product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we are required to suspend by law.

Service-level commitments

Self-serve plans do not carry a financial SLA. Enterprise plans may include availability commitments negotiated in the order form.

We provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance and aim to keep unscheduled downtime short.

Warranty and liability

Nuteq provides the product "as is", without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuteq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the product after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
