Onboarding your first agent

Nuteq AI onboarding is a wizard that turns your answers about your business into a working agent that is ready for a test call.

The onboarding wizard turns your answers about your business into a working agent. You can edit anything it creates later in the agent editor.

What it asks

The wizard has two screens of questions. Then you wait a short time while Nuteq AI builds your agent.

  1. On "Tell us about your business", enter your Business name.
  2. Enter your Website. This field is optional. Nuteq AI reads your website so the agent knows your services, hours, and location.
  3. Under "What kind of business is it?", choose your business type. Choose Something else if none fits.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. On "Choose a voice", choose a Language. The note under it lists the languages callers can use. You can add more languages in the agent settings later.
  6. Choose a Voice. Nuteq AI picks one that fits your business. You can listen to others and change it.
  7. Select Create my agent.

The wizard does not ask whether your agent answers or makes calls. One agent does both. You choose the purpose of an outbound campaign when you create the campaign.

What it sets up

The wizard creates your first project and agent. It writes the instructions and knowledge entries from your answers and your website. It also prepares the channels you selected. When it finishes, you land in the dashboard. You can place a test call at once.

Fix something the wizard got wrong

Do not redo onboarding for a small error. Open the agent editor. Change the instructions or add the missing detail to the knowledge base.

Re-run the wizard only to change several answers at once. It rebuilds the instructions and knowledge from scratch. It does not keep your edits.
