Security and trust

Nuteq is built for businesses that handle customers' personal information, so security choices are conservative.

Identity and access

Authentication is handled by WorkOS with enterprise SSO support. Roles inside an organization are explicit: admins manage configuration and billing; members work conversations.

Encryption

Traffic is encrypted in transit and stored data is encrypted at rest. Provider credentials live in a managed vault and are never exposed to the browser.

Isolation

Every organization's data is scoped by organization and project. Agents can only see the knowledge and records of the workspace they belong to.
