Nuteq AI security: how identity, encryption, and access controls protect your business and customer data.
Nuteq AI is built for businesses that handle customers' personal information. Its security choices are conservative.
Identity and access
WorkOS handles authentication. It supports enterprise SSO. Roles in an organization are explicit:
- The owner controls billing and every setting.
- Admins manage agents, configuration, and members.
- Members work conversations and the CRM.
Encryption
Nuteq AI encrypts traffic in transit and keeps each organization's data separate. Provider credentials are in a managed vault. They are never exposed to the browser. A compromised browser session cannot leak the API key of a connected provider.
Isolation
Nuteq AI scopes every organization's data by organization and project. Agents see only the knowledge and records of their own workspace. The data of one customer is never visible to another organization that uses Nuteq AI.
Report a security issue
If you find a security problem, do not email regular support. Use the disclosure channel on the Security page. Security reports go to a separate team directly. For regular support questions, see Getting help.

- Yes. Nuteq AI encrypts traffic in transit and keeps each organization's data separate. Recordings play only inside your signed-in dashboard. Provider credentials, such as API keys for connected services, are in a managed vault. They are never exposed to the browser.
- What roles can manage billing and settings?
- The organization owner controls billing and every setting. Admins can manage agents, configuration, and members. Members work conversations and the CRM. They cannot change organization-wide settings.
