Billing and plans

Billing lives in Dashboard → Settings → Billing and follows a simple model: a monthly plan that includes usage, plus metered overage.

Plans and trials

New organizations start on a trial with included minutes so you can evaluate with real calls. Upgrading keeps everything you configured.

Usage

Voice minutes are counted per answered call and visible in the dashboard, so there are no surprise invoices. Text messages are billed per segment by the underlying provider rate.

Invoices

Invoices are available in-app. Plan changes prorate to the day.
