Onboarding your first agent

What the onboarding wizard collects, and what it sets up behind the scenes.

The onboarding wizard is the only supported way to create your first agent. It captures the business profile that the agent needs to sound natural and respond correctly.

Inputs

  • Business name, industry, and a short description.
  • Default language and timezone.
  • Voice and greeting preferences.
  • Forwarding phone number for the live agent.

What it sets up

  • One organization and one project.
  • One agent with your chosen voice, language, and greeting.
  • A phone number bound to that agent.
  • A 14-day internal trial with the configured voice minutes.

What to do after

Use the dashboard to refine the agent prompt, upload knowledge, and enable channels. The wizard is one-time; everything afterward lives in the dashboard.
