Getting started

Getting started with Nuteq

Sign up, finish onboarding, and publish your first agent in a few minutes.

Nuteq is an AI receptionist for small businesses. This guide walks you through signing up, finishing onboarding, and publishing your first agent so it can start taking calls.

1. Create an account

Visit the sign-up page and choose email or SSO. Authentication is provided by WorkOS, so you can also use your organization’s identity provider.

2. Finish onboarding

The onboarding wizard collects your business name, industry, default language, and a phone number. The wizard is the only place where your first agent is created, so you cannot skip it.

3. Test your agent

After onboarding, the dashboard lands on the agent editor. Use the in-app test call to verify the greeting, language, and voice before publishing.

4. Publish

Publishing activates the agent for the phone number you chose during onboarding. Calls outside business hours are answered by the same agent, with a calendar invite for follow-up.
