Billing and plans
How plans, trials, overages, and invoices work.
Nuteq offers a free trial followed by self-serve paid plans. Enterprise contracts are available on request.
Trials
New accounts start with a 14-day internal trial. The trial includes a configured number of voice minutes; you do not need a card to start.
Self-serve plans
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cards, invoices, and billing details are managed in the Stripe Customer Portal, which you can open from the dashboard.
Overages
Voice and messaging usage above the plan is billed at the configured overage rate. Overage cost is shown on the dashboard billing page.
Enterprise
Enterprise plans include custom minute and message allowances, invoicing, and negotiated SLAs. Email sales@nuteqai.com to start.
