Webhooks and CRM Integration
Configure real-time webhooks in Nuteq to stream call transcripts, structured leads, and appointment events to your CRM with HMAC signatures.
By Nuteq TeamPublished 1 min read
In Nuteq, the Webhooks and CRM integration delivers immediate, machine-readable event notifications whenever a call completes, a lead is captured, or an appointment changes. This lets you sync data directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, custom databases, or Zapier pipelines.
Real-Time Event Architecture
When a conversation finishes, Nuteq formats the complete event record including call duration, recording URL, turn-by-turn transcript, extracted intent, and custom variables into a JSON payload delivered via HTTP POST.

Security and Verification
Every request includes the X-Nuteq-Signature header computed using your organization's unique webhook secret:
| Security Layer | Standard | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Message Digest | HMAC SHA-256 | Prevents payload modification |
| Replay Defense | Timestamp Headers | Rejects requests older than 5 minutes |
| Transport Security | TLS 1.3 Required | Blocks unencrypted plain HTTP endpoints |
| Retry Policy | Exponential Backoff | Retries failed responses up to 5 times |
Configuring Endpoints
In the Nuteq dashboard, go to Settings, choose Webhooks, and enter your HTTPS destination URL. You can select specific event subscriptions and test the delivery with sample payloads.
