Telnyx Telephony Integration
Connect Telnyx with Nuteq to configure SIP trunking, number porting, carrier-grade call forwarding, and 10DLC messaging compliance.
By Nuteq TeamPublished 1 min read
In Nuteq, the Telnyx telephony integration provides carrier-grade voice infrastructure, SIP trunking, and compliant two-way SMS messaging for high-volume enterprise deployments. Telnyx provides clean media transport directly into Nuteq's real-time orchestration engine.
SIP Trunking and AudioSocket Streaming
Nuteq interfaces with Telnyx using direct SIP signaling and bidirectional raw audio streaming. This architecture reduces media packet round-trip time and eliminates jitter:
- Signaling: Standard SIP INVITE and BYE handling with secure TLS authentication.
- Audio Codec: Uncompressed G.711u / L16 8kHz and 16kHz linear audio formats.
- Media Transport: Sub-10ms packet delivery over Telnyx's private backbone network.
10DLC Messaging Compliance
When sending text confirmations or outbound updates over US carrier networks, Nuteq leverages Telnyx 10DLC messaging profiles:
| Requirement | Standard | Nuteq Enforcement |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Verification | The Campaign Registry (TCR) | Validates EIN and legal business entity |
| Campaign Vetting | Carrier Use Case Approval | Configures opt-in disclaimers and stop keywords |
| Throughput Quotas | Messages Per Second (MPS) | Queues delivery within registered carrier limits |
| Number Pooling | Sticky Sender Logic | Maintains consistent caller ID for repeat clients |
