Real-Time Availability and Conflict Resolution

When a caller requests an appointment, Nuteq checks your connected Google Calendar for existing events. It calculates open windows based on your configured service durations, buffer times, and working hours.

If two callers attempt to book the same slot simultaneously, Nuteq uses optimistic concurrency locks to secure the reservation for the first confirmed turn and offers alternate times to the second caller.
